Deviled Eggs (tailgate style)


12 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and cut lengthwise
1/3 cup mayonnaise
3/4 teaspoon dry ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Remove the egg yolks, add to a small bowl and mash with a fork.

Add mayonnaise, mustard powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Add additional ingredients to your taste.

Place mixture in a small Ziploc bag, cutting a small hole in the corner.
Squeeze egg mixture into egg white shells, leaving a small amount of extra egg mixture.
Add green food coloring to egg mixture, mix thoroughly. Decorate eggs with green lines; one lengthwise, two across eggs like football lacing. Enjoy.
